Alyssa Reimer
As a Montrose native, my journey began in this very community before pursuing a Bioengineering and Biochemistry degree at the Colorado School of Mines. Following graduation, my career took me across 37 countries, where I developed expertise in organizational transformation and learning programs. Over thirteen years, I've managed multi-billion dollar initiatives, implementing strategic planning and program governance across global teams. Currently, I develop and deliver training curricula that have upskilled hundreds of professionals worldwide.
Throughout my career, my passion for education has remained constant. I've created partnerships between industry and academia, developed university recruiting strategies, and established talent pipelines for major organizations. As the former Global Council Chair for Lean In Energy and a mentor with Million Women Mentors, I've dedicated myself to encouraging young women to pursue STEM education and careers.
In 2018, Colorado called me home, first to Durango and then back to Montrose in 2021. Returning to my roots with my husband to raise our children has deepened my commitment to community-focused education. I look forward to bringing my core values of integrity, authenticity, learning, and service, to support Montrose Classical Academy and helping to create an environment where all students can thrive.
